Georgia 4-H Judges

UGA Entomology graduate students served as judges for the 2023 Entomology Project Achievement presentations from all four Georgia 4-H districts. Kelly Tims, Michael Catto, Sudeep Pandey, and Carissa Gilliland each sacrificed a Saturday to evaluate speakers at the Rock Eagle competitions. Using the events as recruiting opportunities, the students passed out UGA Entomology swag and talked up entomology as a career and UGA for their college experience. District winners will compete this summer at the Georgia 4-H Congress in Atlanta.
